The Board has asked that I send out a reminder regarding parking. According to the Lighthouse Cove documents, parking is only allowed in the garage and two cars in the driveway. You are not allowed to park sideways across the driveway, across the sidewalk or in the street (overnight). Parking in the yard/grass is not allowed at any time.

If you have a guest staying overnight (for not more than two nights) and need to have them park in the street, please notify me via email at nhaynes@resourcepropertymgmt.com.
