This is an update on the Board’s decision for gates on the community. We were having issues with the delivery from the website, so I hope this comes through appropriately. We were originally informed that CCD may be willing to pay for all or partial pay for gates for Lighthouse Cove, which has been discovered to not be a true report. The President of the Community, Aylee McEldowney, ascertained from the engineer that our roads are not wide enough for the required turn-around areas, necessary for vehicles to turn around if they cannot access a gated community. Therefore, there will be NO gates installed for Lighthouse Cove due to the constraints of our road structure. The Board regrets any misunderstanding for the confusion and appreciates the concerns for unnecessary vehicles entering .
