Dear Owners of Lighthouse Cove,

As a result of some recent concerns voiced by many owners regarding the irrigation system on their yards, the Board would like to share a possible solution for owners! Please remember, Lighthouse Cove at Heritage Harbour sub association is NOT responsible for any irrigation on your property and the full maintenance is an owner responsibility. This is being provided as a service announcement to the community only and intended to be used as a form of open communication.

Many owners have purchased a water filter system in order to help clear out sediment that can get caught up in the irrigation system. When the ponds are low (more common when not in rainy season) then there is a chance for shells and other debris to get into your valve system. This water filter can help capture the debris before it gets into the valves.

This is an optional system and for each owner to determine if the best solution for installation at their home. It is always recommended to conduct your own research and consult your own service providers to determine what works best for you.
