We support your community with rental application processing, exterior home and landscape violations, architectural modifications/changes, community lot maintenance at Montauk Point Crossing, and parking enforcement of the driveways.
A few reminders:
If you have a renter-please contact RPM with the completed application for Board approval. Homes can only be rented after 24 months of ownership.
In order to avoid receiving a violation on your home’s exterior, maintain your overall landscaping by cutting the lawn/edging/removing all weeds and mulching regularly. Other items to maintain include pressure washing or painting your home and pressure washing the driveway.
If you receive a violation, contact RPM once it is rectified so that it can be removed from the record!
Making exterior home improvements or landscape improvements? Contact RPM with a completed architectural modification form to get your project approved!
Be sure to follow the parking guidelines as set forth in the Governing Documents, stating no more than 2 vehicles may be parked in each Living Unit. One additional vehicle can be parked with Board approval and the widening of your driveway, requiring architectural approval.
Have guests staying at your home and need additional parking? Contact RPM with the number of vehicles and the dates they will be at your home to receive a variance from the Rule.
Want to stay informed of all things Lighthouse Cove? Attend a Board meeting! These meetings occur monthly! You can also volunteer! We are looking for volunteers to join the Compliance Committee, so please contact RPM for details!
