Heritage Harbour South Community Development District (CDD) Board of Supervisors Vacant Seats
The Heritage Harbour South CDD Board of Supervisors Seats # 1 and # 4 both with a term of office of November 2020 to November 2024, have been declared vacant and the Board is seeking qualified residents of Heritage Harbour South CDD interested in being appointed to the Board. The Board is seeking individuals who are interested, qualified and preferably have some type of community involvement experience. Qualifications require the individual to be 18 years or older; a resident of and is registered to vote in the Heritage Harbour South CDD voting district. The Florida Statute that addresses Community Development Districts is Chapter 190, Florida Statutes.

Mr. Moore will need your information by November 23, 2020 for the Board to consider the information at the December 1, 2020 Board meeting. The Board requests that those submitting for the position be at the 4:00 p.m., December 1, 2020 CDD Board meeting so that the Board can discuss the position with the applicants prior to making an appointment. The Board may or may not finalize the appointment decisions at this December meeting.
