Tips to Remember:

Park only 2 vehicles in the driveway if your driveway has not been extended. 3 vehicles are allowed in those that are extended. Want to extend your space?
Submit an ARC!
If you have a guest staying, let us know! Temporary parking variances will be provided! Report to RPM!

Please pick up trash that may get blown out of canisters.

Cut your lawn and edge around the sidewalks and driveway on a regular basis

Pull weeds from your flower beds and add mulch when needed

Submit ARC requests to paint your home, extend driveways, change landscaping

Maintain all trees and bushes by cutting and removing dead limbs/branches

Walk pets on leashes and remember to pick up after them!

Children at Play!! Always follow the posted speed limit!
