Lighthouse Cove Annual Membership Meeting – April 18, 2024 @ 7:00 PM

Hello Lighthouse Cove Residents,

We just wanted to send out a quick reminder that your Annual Meeting is this Thursday, 4/18/2024 at 7:00 PM at IHOP and via Zoom. In order to hold that meeting we need a quorum of the Membership! This means that we need at least 25 homeowners present at the meeting, in person or via proxy. If you are planning to attend the meeting Thursday evening, we are looking forward to seeing you there! The local address for live attendance is on the agenda. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, we are requesting that you please RETURN your Proxy.

Attached is the agenda, proxy, and the proposed amendment to be voted on. The Proxy can be returned to me via email Cfarnham@resourcepropertymgmt.com no later than 4:30 PM on Wednesday, 4/17/2024.
