The Heritage Harbour South CDD Board of Supervisors has two seats that will become vacant, and the
Board is seeking qualified residents of Heritage Harbour South CDD interested in being appointed to the
Board. The Board is seeking individuals who are interested, qualified and preferably have some type of
community involvement experience. Qualifications require the individual to be 18 years of age or older;
a citizen of the United States; a legal resident of Florida and of the District; and registered to vote in
Manatee County. The Florida Statute that addresses Community Development Districts is Chapter 190,
Florida Statutes.

Ms. Newsome will need your information by September 27, 2022, for the Board to consider the
information at the October 4, 2022, Board meeting. The Board requests that those submitting for the
position be present at the October 4, 2022, CDD Board meeting so that the Board can discuss the
position with the applicants prior to making an appointment. The Board may or may not finalize the
appointment decisions at this meeting.
