Notice of Parking Enforcement in Lighthouse Cove
Dear Resident/Owner in Lighthouse Cove:
The Lighthouse Board of Directors would like to alert you to the parking enforcement action. In response to concerns from residents, the board will be strictly enforcing parking violations. On May 1, 2020, the following Amendment to the Declaration was recorded and took effect:
5.25 Parking. No more than two (2) vehicles may be parked in each Living Unit and automobiles shall be parked in the garage or driveway, unless the Owner has a widened driveway approved by the ARC, in which case, a total of three (3) cars are allowed.
If you have more than two vehicles in your driveway (or more than three with an expanded driveway), please make arrangements to conform to this requirement. Failure to do so will result in fines and other enforcement action to the OWNER.
The board has hired a private security firm to look for these violations in the community. If a residence has more than 2(two) observed violations in a given month, the OWNER will receive a violation letter. If the residence has any further violations, the OWNER will be fined $100 for each violation listed in the violation letter.
As a reminder, overnight street parking is not permitted and may result in your vehicle being towed. If you do have guests and need to park in the street or driveway, you must contact Resource Property Management to provide the vehicle(s) and dates when your guests will be staying.
This enforcement action will take effect immediately upon notice with this letter.
